Introduction to Defensive Handgun    5 Hours in Length   $150 for Individual  (group rates available)

This course consists of approximately 3 hours of lecture/classroom work followed by 2 hours of shooting.  Topics include safety, marksmanship, mindset, gunhandling, lethal force considerations and tactical considerations.  This course meets the  training/education requirements for a Concealed Handgun Permit in the State of Virginia.  A certificate of training is given after completion.

Defensive Handgun I  Approximately 3 hours  $90 for individual (group rates available)

Prerequisites for Defensive Handgun I(Introduction to Defensive Handgun or another introductory defensive handgun course)

This class is approximately 1 hour lecture and 2 hours shooting.  The course begins where Introduction to Defensive Handgun left off with an emphasis on more training.  This class will introduce malfunction clearing, various shooting positions, strong and support side shooting, use of cover and shooting while moving.  This class can be combined with Introduction to Defensive Handgun to provide the student with a solid platform of the defensive use of the handgun.

Firearms Handgun Safety and Marksmanship Course Approximately 2 hours in lengh. $60 per individual Group rates available.

This course covers handgun safety and marksmanship principles.  This is a shooting course.  Ideal for those who have not shot before.  Note:  A certificate of training WILL NOT be given for this
